• The Instructor Guidance Manual.  The Instructor's Guidance Manual provides a preview of each section quiz and walks the student, step-by-step, through the practical exercises.  It is installed on the computer with the installation of the Course Demo and the Course. 

• The Student WorkBook.  The Student WorkBook provides the student the opportunity to work the more comprehensive exercises outside of the application (the course) so that responses can be fully considered before being placed in the application for scoring and performance tracking.  It is installed on the computer with the installation of both the the Course Demo and the Course.

Price Evaluation Course (Single User PC, $250.00)

The Course Lite includes the total content of The Federal Price Evaluation Course except for the quizzes and practical exercises.  It serves as a 'free' trial period demo for The Federal Price Evaluation Course and is particularly suited for those who need to learn the practices and procedures of price evaluation but do not need to take the course for college credit.  If you already have the Course Lite, then you can purchase license from within the application.  Purchasing the license from this screen is suited for those purchasing for others.

The Price Evaluation Course – Public Sector FAR Model 

This ten-minute audio-video provides a walk through of the course, and highlights the principle elements of the training, the course delivery tools and navigation devices, as well as performance tracking, scoring, and course completion activities.  When the application starts, you may need to adjust your volume to hear comfortably.  It will open in the full screen mode.  For access to the controls, ‘Left-Click’ your mouse anywhere on the screen.

The demonstration version is different from the main version in that it has no quiz questions or practical exercises. The purpose of this download is to provide: opportunity to experience navigation tools; knowledge of the training content; and testing and evaluation of the application before purchase at no charge. If the course displays well on the download computer, is acceptable, and there is a desire to complete the course, then download, register, and license the ‘Pay’ version of the Price Evaluation Course.  Otherwise, continue to use The Federal Price Evaluation Course Lite for the license fee of $49.95.

Other Purchase Options

The Course CD contains 'The Price Evaluation Audi-Video Presentation,' 'The Federal Price Evaluation Course Lite,' and 'The Federal Price Evaluation Course (Single User).  Also contained on the CD are 'The Instructor Guidance Manual,' and 'The Student Workbook,' and other useful information, including a Microsoft PowerPoint presentation of the course. 

With the installation of 'The Course Demo,' soft copies of 'The Instructor's Guidance Manual' and 'The Student Workbook' will be installed to the pc's desktop.  The Instructor's Guidance Manual is authorized for printing from the installed pc.  The Student Workbook, except as included in the below package, is authorized for use only on the installed pc. 

Once loaded on to your PC, you can use the ‘Free’ applications. The Price Evaluation Course will be authorized for use after on-line licensing and payment using an approved credit card (American Express, VISA, MasterCard, and Discover).  One CD can be used to load the applications on to multiple PCs.

These materials can be sent to you by overnight 2-day delivery or first class four-day delivery.  With the installation of 'The Course Lite, which for free evaluation,' soft copies of 'The Instructor's Guidance Manual' and 'The Student Workbook' will be installed to the pc's desktop.  If not installed, then they are available from Start, Program, Federal Price Evaluation drop-down menu.  

The Instructor's Guidance Manual is authorized for printing from the installed pc.  The Student Workbook, which requires Microsoft Excel (not provided), with some exceptions, is authorized for use only on the installed pc.  'The Price Evaluation Course' will be authorized for use after on-line licensing and payment of licensing fee using an approved credit card (American Express, VISA, MasterCard, and Discover).  One CD can be used to load the applications on to multiple PCs.

The primary method of payment for the Price Evaluation Course is by credit card (MasterCard, VISA, Discover, and American Express). However, a governmental entity may purchase a minimum of three (3) licenses to use the training by use of the governmental entity's funded purchase order if purchase orders are routinely used by the entity to purchase supplies or services. Please click "Funded Purchase Order" and complete the form; then copy the form, and Tele-fax a copy of completed form together with a copy of the funded purchase order, properly signed by an authorized official, to (703) 852-4493. After completing, Click "Send Form." A PriceAnalysis.Net accounting representative will contact you within 48 hours or with in 48 hours provide the appropriate number of License IDs to enable the use of training.
